Foundations of Digital Transformation
How digital technology rewrites the rules of the game — and how to turn that into your company's strategy.
DTM — Digital Transformation Management is an executive qualification for leaders responsible for the digital change of their business. It is not a course on using IT tools, but a toolkit for managing and digitally transforming your organization.
Digital transformation starts not with choosing a technology, but with a management decision: which business problem to solve, what value to create, which capabilities to build and how to manage change. Technology without transformation does not deliver results.
Every topic is tied to management decisions and a practical deliverable, which ultimately come together in a project to build your organization's transformation strategy. The output of each Chapter becomes the foundation for the next.
Approaches, frameworks and the language of digital transformation.
Tools applied to a specific business problem in your organization.
Decisions built into a well-grounded strategy, ready to implement.
Each Chapter is a standalone unit with a specific management outcome. Choose one or two Chapters, or the full program of four Chapters plus the Capstone. In total: 13 modules.
How digital technology rewrites the rules of the game — and how to turn that into your company's strategy.
How to create the new systematically, from an idea to a digital product and a working process.
How to lead people and the organization through change so that transformation actually happens.
How to make decisions on data and turn technology and AI into a management advantage.
The outputs of all Chapters come together in a comprehensive strategy: current-state and digital maturity assessment, transformation vision, target operating model, AI and technology roadmaps, business KPIs, a digitalization implementation plan and risk analysis, governance model and change management plan.
In DTM, technologies are not an end in themselves: they are viewed through the decisions a leader has to make. AI runs through all four Chapters and ends in an AI roadmap within your Capstone.
Leaders of banks, consulting and technology companies, entrepreneurs and faculty from leading universities.
Functional directors, heads of business units and transformation leaders who are already responsible for digital initiatives, AI adoption, process change or business transformation.

Seven questions on how your organization handles strategy, processes, data, ownership, business–IT alignment, skills and measuring results. Answer about current practice, not plans.

The greatest potential lies in your lowest-scoring areas. These Chapters cover them:

Any one of the four Chapters. A standalone unit with a specific management outcome — a start in one area of your choice. A certificate of participation is issued.
ChooseAny two Chapters to study specific areas. Right for those who want to broaden their knowledge and solve specific work challenges. A certificate of participation is issued.
All four Chapters, the Capstone with a closed-door presentation and the final assessment. An RAU professional retraining diploma is awarded.
Corporate DTM is not just training for a few employees — it is a tool for building your organization's capability to lead transformation: a shared mindset, a common approach, agreed criteria for selecting initiatives and a transformation plan built for your company.
No. DTM is a program for leaders, not programmers. We look at strategy, business model, operating model, change management, transformation governance and technology from the standpoint of management decisions. Technology and AI are studied from the angle of “which business problem do they solve and how do we measure the effect”.
Classes take place twice a week, 3 hours each. One Chapter takes about a month; the full program takes 4 months. Beyond class time there is independent work on your organization's project. Its volume is known in advance and it is tied directly to your work.
The program is taught in Armenian. If a Russian- or English-speaking group is formed, the program is taught in Russian or English.
Yes. Each Chapter is a standalone unit with a specific outcome. You can choose one Chapter (DTM Chapter), two Chapters (DTM Focus) or the full program (DTM Executive Qualification). Chapters can be taken one after another, starting with the area most relevant to you.
One Chapter is 225 000 ֏, two Chapters 420 000 ֏, the full program 800 000 ֏ (saving 100 000 ֏ compared with buying four Chapters separately). The outcome is management competencies and a ready transformation strategy for your organization. The financial effect depends on how the strategy is implemented, so you will be able to calculate the ROI in your own project, using the business case and KPIs.
Online courses give you knowledge; an MBA gives a broad management foundation. DTM focuses on one thing: how to design and lead the transformation of a real organization. You work in a live cohort of leaders, get feedback from faculty and build a strategy for your company in 4 months.
Participants who complete the full program and successfully present the Capstone receive a Russian-Armenian University professional retraining diploma in “Digital Transformation Management”.
The Capstone is presented to a closed group and built on the level of data you are allowed to use: sensitive data can be anonymized or replaced with estimates. The methodology and the outcome do not suffer.
Participants work in a shared language and a common approach, and their final projects add up to a transformation plan for your company. Format and group composition are agreed individually — submit an application and choose “Corporate program”.
Fill in the form and we will contact you to discuss your goals and find the right path: one Chapter, two Chapters or the full program.
